This was bought as a Diplomat, but I've seen the same razor called a Consul.
Its a copy of a Gillette Slim made in the USSR during the cold war era. The quality is not on par and it is slightly more aggressive.

How does it shave?
Its a Mild to Medium shaver, about 1 setting higher than a Slim. That should tell you that I prefer the shave it gives over that of a Slim.
