These were produced and sold by Warner-Lambert from about 1973 to 1980.
They have "Adjustable by Schick ®" on the metallic insert in the handle. The handle and dial look the same as the previous versions with a few cosmetic changes. Besides the Insert design change, the color of the plastic of the handle and the dial was changed to Grey. The insert on the dial was also changed and had a dot with a cross through it.

The "Protector" function was introduced and they offered two versions - with and without the "Protector" and they sold both versions concurrently. This one does not have the "Protector".

How does it shave?
It shaves pretty much as the others - very mild yet relatively efficient. It's not a BBS shaver in my hands.
