This is a one piece TTO. It's sold and branded as QShave and Weishi as can be seen in the image below. Various websites state that it was designed by QShave and Weishi. It comes with either a black or a silver handle and according to literature, its made of brass.
Like the first version Pathenon (v1) it's continually adjustable, so there are no notches on the adjustment dial.

So whats changed?
The head profile/ section looks the same.
The handle section has some cosmetic design changes.
    Its longer and thinner with different and less aggressive knurling.
    The knurling on the adjuster dial and TTO knob is less aggressive.
    They have finished it with a bright chrome.
    They have made the bottom of the handle flat so it can stand up.
    There is a magnet in the bottom of the handle.

The same issue that is in the First Version still exists in this one. The doors don't open quite wide enough to just drop a blade in and close them.
The work-around is to twist it open, then open the adjuster to its max which in turn opens the doors just enough to drop the blade in. Drop the blade onto the tray and reverse the process.

How does it shave?
As expected, it's very much in the medium (low to high) range so pretty much the same as the first version and with all that chrome it's slightly smoother.
The checkering isn't sharp enough to adjust "On The Fly" when your fingers are wet and soapy. I guess/hope that with some use the mechanism will loosen up a bit which will help.
